Flu and COVID-19 Vaccination Clinics – October 2026

Our flu and COVID-19 vaccination clinics start on Thursday 8 October 2026 and will run throughout October. Further clinics will be added based on demand.

The first clinic will take place at Knaphill Surgery on 8 October, from 9:00am to 5:30pm. These clinics are for eligible patients registered with Heathcot Medical Practice only.

Who is eligible for a COVID-19 vaccine?

People aged 75 or over, including those turning 75 by 31 January 2027.

Residents in care homes for older adults.

People aged 6 months or over whose immune system is weakened by a health condition or treatment.

Who is eligible for a flu vaccine?

People aged 65 or over, including those turning 65 by 31 March 2027.

People with certain long-term health conditions, such as diabetes, heart or lung disease, or a weakened immune system.

Pregnant women.

Residents in long-stay residential care homes.

Main carers of an older or disabled person, or people receiving Carer’s Allowance.

People living with someone who has a weakened immune system.

People aged 16 or over who are sleeping rough or staying in a homeless hostel or night shelter.

Eligible children are also offered flu vaccination, including children aged 2 or 3 on 31 August 2026, school-aged children from Reception to Year 11, and children aged 6 months to 17 years with certain long-term health conditions. Most school-aged children receive their vaccine through school; please check arrangements with the practice before attending with a child.

Eligibility differs between the vaccines, so you may qualify for one or both. If you are unsure, our team can help you check.
